Dark Ghost Journal March 4, 2015
Just a few days after my daughter was born on Monday March the 2nd at 10:30 pm an weighed in a 6 pounds 16 ounces. I went out for a smoke. Gas station across the street alarm going off but no cars on lot or around back so I went to check it out and found nothing doors still locked and no broken windows. I called the police and was told that they would send a car to look in to it. Also I possibly save a retired private detective`s life he was in for double pneumonia. He was out side smoking and got to feeling very weak I ran and got a nurse and while she was tending to him I ran and got a wheelchair and took the old fellow up to his room. I talk with him a bit and got him to give up his cigarettes at least till he gets home and got him to give the his last pack to the nurse till he is discharged. The later helped a man to find I lost keepsake that belonged to his sick wife a small gold baby ring that she had since she was two it had fallen off the keychain. He had to get take some important in to his wife's doctor but did not want to go in with out it cause he new it would upset his wife. I told him I would find it go take in what the doctor needs. I found it and waited for him in the main lobby a few minutes later he returned and I gave him the ring.

Dark Ghost Journal Feburay 19th, 2015
Police say Cameron Shepherd is not believed to be in danger; he may have had assistance leaving. Authorities confirmed he has run away from home before, calling him a "repeat offender."
Some think he may travel to Rock Spring, Georgia.
Shepherd is five feet and two inches tall, and has brown hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a gray jacket and gray tennis shoes.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to call police at 423-698-2525.
He's from Rossville GA, and he lived behind Bi-Lo in Rossville.
I went out looking for this kid today. News says he is not believed to be in danger, which to me makes no sense because they believe the boy had help leaving. For all they know, the one that help the kid leave could be some pervert, and also the temperatures have not been above freezing since this kid went missing. The cold has already claimed one life here in Chattanooga Tennessee, and if this child is out in it - he could be the next. I pray that does not happen.
The news also said that the boy is a repeat offender runaway, but, something in my gut is telling me that there are a few questions that someone should be asking, yet it seems to me that no one is asking them.
Question one: "Why does this young boy of 13 keep running away?" Since this boy keeps running away, there has to be a reason. Now granted, there are a large number of thing that could be the reason, but there are also a few that I think should be looked into. E.g., "Are his parents on drugs?" "Is the boy being beaten at home?" or "Is he just a rebellious boy with teen angst?"
The other question that people should be asking is: "Why did this young teen wait till the weather was deadly cold to run away?" Yes this is a young kid we are talking about, but even a child knows that this kind of weather we have been having here in Chattanooga can kill you - I mean temperatures in the teens and twenties, rain, ice, and light snow, kids know that is not safe to be out in.
Something else bugging me about this case, is that an Amber Alert was not sent out. Yes he is a runaway, but he is still just a young teen that may have had help leaving. If he wanted to go or not, this still counts as kidnapping as my understanding of the law goes. Now if this kid is in a bad living situation and this person is trying to help this kid, the way he went about it still is illegal, and there are legal ways they could have helped this boy if that was the case.
What ever the case may be I will continue my search for this kid since some seem to think he could be heading to Rock Springs, Georgia I will search that small town this weekend.
UPDATE : February 24 2015
The kid has been found but there are still many unanswered questions.
Why did this boy of 13 runaway?
Why did he wait to they weather turned deathly cold with ice and snow falling?
Who was this person the police think help the boy to runaway?
Also I am glad the young teen was found but this raises a new question?
Where was he found?

Tennessee mask Laws
There is nothing in the Tennessee State Code forbidding the simple wearing of a mask or disguise without criminal activity or intent. It is only addressed at all in the section regarding civil rights intimidation. I can't find a mention of masks in the Chattanooga City Code at all, & if Hamilton County has a separate code, I can't find it online.
Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-17-309 (2011)
Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-17-309 (2011)
39-17-309. Civil rights intimidation.
(a) The general assembly finds and declares that it is the right of every person regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion or national origin, to be secure and protected from fear, intimidation, harassment and bodily injury caused by the activities of groups and individuals. It is not the intent of this section to interfere with the exercise of rights protected by the constitution of the United States. The general assembly recognizes the constitutional right of every citizen to harbor and express beliefs on any subject whatsoever and to associate with others who share similar beliefs. The general assembly further finds that the advocacy of unlawful acts by groups or individuals against other persons or groups for the purpose of inciting and provoking damage to property and bodily injury or death to persons is not constitutionally protected, poses a threat to public order and safety, and should be subject to criminal sanctions.
(b) A person commits the offense of intimidating others from exercising civil rights who:
(1) Injures or threatens to injure or coerces another person with the intent to unlawfully intimidate another from the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured by the constitution or laws of the state of Tennessee;
(2) Injures or threatens to injure or coerces another person with the intent to unlawfully intimidate another because that other exercised any right or privilege secured by the constitution or laws of the United States or the constitution or laws of the state of Tennessee;
(3) Damages, destroys or defaces any real or personal property of another person with the intent to unlawfully intimidate another from the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured by the constitution or laws of the state of Tennessee; or
(4) Damages, destroys or defaces any real or personal property of another person with the intent to unlawfully intimidate another because that other exercised any right or privilege secured by the constitution or laws of the United States or the constitution or laws of the state of Tennessee.
*****(c) IT IS AN OFFENSE FOR A PERSON TO WEAR A MASK OR DISGUISE WITH THE INTENT TO VIOLATE SUBSECTION (b).*****
(d) A violation of subsection (b) is a Class D felony. A violation of subsection (c) is a Class A misdemeanor.
(e) The penalties provided in this section for intimidating others from exercising civil rights do not preclude victims from seeking any other remedies, criminal or civil, otherwise available under law.

Missy was last seen on 10-29-04 at about 1900 hours, when she got into a late model red Ford Pick-up Truck with a white camper top, at the BI-Lo parking lot on 23rd Street. The drive of the vehicle was described as a W/M, salt and pepper hair, in his 50’s. Missy was last seen wearing a blue dress and no shoes.

HAMILTON COUNTY, TN. (WRCB) -- A man charged with raping two young girls this summer is being looked at in connection with a murder from six years ago.
Earlier this month 46-year-old Christopher Johnson was charged with allegedly raping and kidnapping a relative and one of her friends.
Channel 3 and our partners at the Times Free Press have learned from multiple sources that Johnson has been interviewed in connection with the murder of Melissa 'Missy' Ward.
Ward's remains were found in a remote area of Lookout Valley in 2004. Her case went cold until two weeks ago when the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office suddenly reopened it.
Dawn Johnson says she was shocked to learn her sister's 6-year-old murder case was not only reopened, but that detectives interviewed a man she's never heard of before.
"She looked up to me," Johnson says. "She would say all the time that she wanted to be like me."
The last few weeks have been bittersweet for Johnson.
"I'm excited because hopefully we'll have closure," she says. "Hopefully they'll catch the person that did this."
Two weeks ago, after receiving new information, detectives searched the area off Cash Canyon Road where Ward's remains were found in 2004.
Johnson says investigators told her in 2004 they were looking for a serial killer.
"They were telling us it could be a serial killer," she says.
The Sheriff's Office won't officially go that far. Johnson says her sister had a drug problem and one prostitution arrest in Hamilton County, but that shouldn't matter.
"She didn't die because she was a prostitute or a drug addict," Johnson says. "She died because she was with the wrong person."
After two days of searching the woods again, detectives pulled out. Sheriff Hammond won't say exactly what someone said that led them back to the original crime scene.
"There's some sensitive information that we need to keep quiet about for the case," Hammond says. "We can't comment."
Although the sheriff's office won't officially name a suspect, Channel 3 has learned from multiple sources that Christopher Johnson has been interviewed in connection with the murder.
To Dawn Johnson it's all still an unfolding mystery. She just wants to know what happened.
"You see on TV people say 'why'," Johnson says. "You think, 'that's so crazy', but I want to know why she was targeted."
Johnson says her sister was last seen getting into a red pick-up truck outside a grocery story.
Christopher Johnson appeared in court two weeks ago on his latest charges, he is still in custody.

Murder of Warren Ransom Body on Hooker Rd.
Warren Ransom was a single dad with tow sons, was well liked by his friends and neighbors and everyone in the neighborhood knew him. He even ran a candy store out of his home, Now Warren was not in a gang fact of the matter was that he disliked gang activity. Due to one son having to have special care due being hit by a car a few years ago he was also a stay at home father even sold weed to make ends meet because the help and aid provided was not enough to see that his kids had what they needed and make ends meet. this past Saturday he was found dead around 4:30 pm on 1200 Hooker Road an area known to be a gang territory namely the Bloods if I remember correctly. He was spotted by a driver.Pieces of white paint or plastic were on a nearby fence, and it appeared that a vehicle had wrecked into the fence. Police said the victim's white 2003 Chevrolet Impala was found behind a business at 1401 E. 34th St. It had damage as though it had been in a wreck. A large amount of blood was in the vehicle. The stereo was missing.. His car and cell turned up at A1 towing; it had been abandoned on Washington Ave. At first he looked as he had been beaten but once he was on the autopsy table it was discovered he had been shot in the head. Now some one had to have seen or heard something around that area. Now Mr. Ransom was last see Friday at his home then that fallowing Sunday was found dead. The was a good man stuck live in a bad area. Please is you saw, heard, or know anything that can help close this case and give his sons a little peace by knowing the person that killed their father is met justice contact the Chattanooga Police or me at my email dark.ghost.0001@gmail.com , facebook, or twitter which the links for are on the side. THE KILLER HAS BEEN ARRESTED Justice has been served.
The man is named Marcus Birt. It was an act of God that this case was solved. While he has not been officially charged...the gun and Marcus Birt's bloody clothing has been recovered. A witness said on the day the body was found that Birt was seen with a small silver firearm and he had blood on the back of his shirt and on his hands. The witness said Birt was limping. He said Birt made the statement that he was "grazed." The witness said Birt was trying to sell a car CD player, but was unable to sell it. The face from the CD player was then discarded. Police retrieved the CD player face. Police said they believe that Birt took the CD player out of the blood-covered car after killing the victim. Birt was arrested for robbery in 2002 and again in 2011. He got three-year sentences both times. Birt was arrested on Monday at his home on East 34th Street but was not charged until Thursday by the Chattanooga Police Fugitive Unit along with U.S. Marshals.
He faces charges of
- Criminal Homicide
- Especially Aggravated Robbery
- Unlawful Possession of Firearm
Theory : People are saying it was three guys. They beat him up really bad and they made him get in his car and was forcing him at gun point to drive to his house where they planned to rob him and then kill anyone inside the apartment. When Warren got to Hooker Rd he jerked his wheel and intentionally wrecked his car. When he jerked the wheel of the car Marcus Birt panicked and shot him.

I now have a new cell and I went ahead and got a smart phone one of those androids. I have found that I was silly not to have gotten on sooner as them seem to be a lot more useful to my then the basic flip open cell phone. I have found a lot of useful apps that are free and I have yet to look at those that cost money to get but I soon will but as for the free ones I have now downloaded. Scanner radio which allows my to listen to the Chattanooga Police Department and the to a source I have in the department I have the codes they use on the radio all he ask was to a meeting of the two of us which after to more privet things have been settled I have promised to keep. Another app I have gotten is the Voice translator. Now what this does is the is I meet someone who does not speak English I just activate this app and select the language I need and then speak in to the phone and the phone then repeats what I said in the selected language. The final app I have downloaded it called Mobile Patrol. Now the Mobile Patrol add is great as it has news feeds, alerts, inmates search, NCMEC link for Tennessee, shows who has warrants on them, shows the Most wanted for the Hamilton county, and let me give a crime tip no matter were I am in the city. Now the phone came with some very useful apps on it also. A camera , a sound recorder, a Flashlight app. and the Google search app that can search by voice command. All these apps have a use on my phone and those that do not I plain on deleting so that I can free up space for when I find more useful apps to make me a more effective crime fighter and detective for the people that call Chattanooga Tennessee home for as long as I give them my best then I have not failed.

Just got back from patrol. It was it a rainy night in the city of Chattanooga Tennessee. The threat of a storm was present as thunder and lightning filled the air. I may found a drug dealer and his prime location for selling his poison saw he was at this truck stop/gas station for some time holding his back pack stayed on his cell phone telling some one his location man showed up talked to him look like the exchanged something got a good look at the guy with the back pack. White, very short brown hair with receding hair line, goatee, average height and build ride a blue sports motorcycle. Talk to a few people in the store the say he is there almost ever night buys gas and hangs around out side a lot. I must investigate further next time I am down there I will take my camera so that I can take some photos for evidence and try telling him to his source. Also found a back road that connects two of my patrol areas. I will use the back road to save time on patrols. Also found a man having to ride his bicycle from work to his home across to the other side of town it was about to storm so I gave him a ride home put his bicycle in the back seat of the car was worried it was not going to go in at first but I manage to get it in.

Jameika Porch was abducted from her grandmother’s home in Chattanooga, Tennessee at 1708 Tunnel Boulevard. in the middle of the night on August 14, 1994. She had been sleeping in the same bed as her eight-year-old cousin when someone came in and carried her out through the window, without waking her cousin. Tim Carroll of the Chattanooga Police Department says they initially looked at it as a missing person case, and a possible abduction. "The grandmother woke up, and the child was missing, she thought, she just assumed that her daughter had come to pick the child up." Chattanooga police immediately launched an all out search for the girl, using dogs, and search and rescue teams. Investigators later learned that Jameika had actually disappeared from her bedroom sometime in the early morning hours of August 14th. The girl's aunt, who also lived there, heard noises in the house around 5 or 6 in the morning. Whoever took Jameika may have come in through the back door, where a window payne could be removed near the door knob. Police say it was a well known way to get into the house if you didn't have a key. In the days and months that followed, national exposure of the case brought in tips from across the country. Despite the information, the searching, and help from others like the F.B.I., none of the leads panned out. Then on October 21st, 1999 A worker from a tree trimming service had found it at 1548 Riverside Drive, at the Riverside Industrial Park. Police brought in Cadaver dogs to start searching the area. The next day, a class from the Chattanooga Police Academy helped find the rest of the remains. Authorities have recovered about 60 percent of the skeleton with the help of cadaver dogs, he said. "Given that the bones may have been there for five years, that's about what you'd expect," he said. "Bones can be displaced over time by dogs and other animals or flooding," he added D-N-A proves it was the body of Jameika Porch, according to Police Lt. Tim Carroll. "It was ruled a homicide. It was a ligature strangulation, and you know, that's terrible a 4 year old, a 4 year old child being murdered that way." All these years, the big question remains: who killed Jameika Porch. Police have potential suspects, but not enough to make an arrest. That's why Lt. Carroll says investigators need your help. Genetic experts are testing a skeleton discovered two miles from where a pajama-clad girl disappeared from her grandmother's house five years ago to determine if it is the missing child, police said. A Hamilton County forensic anthropologist has determined that the bones belonged to a 4- or 5-year-old child of African descent, and the bones have been sent to a private lab for verification, said Chattanooga police spokesman Ed Buice.
UPDATE:
I finally got a tip on this case via email on this case. The tipster told me that they was at someone's home and was told that young Jameika Porch was sold to settle a drug debt. Now I would like to find and talk to the girls mother Joyce Porch as word has it the is was she herself that sold the child for it was she that had the debt. I was told by this same tipster that the cousin was not asleep but saw someone pick Jameika Porch but due to not have her glasses on could not see clearly.
Also thanks to an Anonymous post to this post I know that Joyce Porch was a know user of Crack Cocaine.

A Ghost at Chattanooga's Riverbend Festival.
Ok I grew up in Chattanooga Tennessee area and have been going to the Riverbend Festival since I was a kid. In fact it was something that had happened at Riverbend the was in part why I became Dark Ghost and it was the final push I needed you might say. A few years I had taken my Grandma so watch the Country singer that was preforming that night and she can could not walk a lot so once we found a place to set up our chairs she would stay there and I would run to get her drinks and food while we were there. It was already dark and the show on the Coca-Cola stage had not been going long and my Grandma asked me to go get her a diet-coke. I went to this one concession stand thank I knew had bottled cokes. It was a long line and after I was there maybe 20 to 40 minutes there was only two or three people in line ahead of me ant in the back of the line I hear I girls voice yelling "stop" don't touch me" I look back and I see this young girl 14 maybe 16 years of age and the older drunk guy in his mid to late 20s groping her. I look around and I see this cop walking over and she saw them too cause she tried to call them over but the cop just kept walking. At this point I am next in line only one person ahead of me so I look back there and tell the girl that she can in front of me which she did. The drunk guy the get mad at me saying thing I will not put in this blog but mostly meaning why am I trying to keep him from getting lucky? I told him that anyone could see the girl is under age so unless he would like to be swimming in the Tennessee River that he best just shut up. Then that cop the had walked by starts on me for making a threat to the drunk guy I looked at the cop and told him why I said what I had and that I saw the girl trying to get him to help and him just walking by and how I now have his name and badge number and that his boss will be hearing about this. I got my Grandma's coke and then walked the girl back to her mom. I told her mom what happened and gave her the cops information. In the years since then I kept going to Riverbend and I saw that the problems kept getting worse. One year I was there a man walked in to one of the porta-potties that were there and a group of guys tried to push it down the hill and in to the river.
This year I went to Riverbend again after hearing about the brawl the happened on just the third night of the festival. Now the news media reported that the Friends of the festival the group that holds the Riverbend Festival had brought in a privet security company to help the police this year. I was there on the last night and I was not all that impressed with the security was I was able to get past it with a stun gun, mace, a baton, a pocket knife, my mask, and other parts of my gear. Also while I was there I saw that the police still seem to have no regard for the people attending Riverbend. I saw two guys in cuff being taking take out be the police the fist time the cops run over this one girl. I could not got the cops name or badge number else I myself would have reported him that girl was almost trampled had I not gotten her out of the way. Since I saw how thing were on inside the festival I started walk patrolling the outside and I only saw one cop out there and there were a lot of people not attending Riverbend that were there to see the fireworks at the end of the night. Having not seen but the one cop cover the outside of the festival I thought it best the I stay to patrolling outside as well. The only trouble I came across was a drunk guy that acted like he was looking for a fight with an older gentleman after a cigarette he seemed to claim down.

Haunting the Chattanooga Street Gangs
Like most cities in the good old USA, Chattanooga has it's fair share of street gangs that carve out their own territories within the city. In 2011, the Chattanooga Police Investigators documented 40 active gangs and 1,100 gang members in the city. Each Community has a territory that serves as a syndicate that controlled drug trafficking, home invasions, robbery, theft, and other crimes. It is important to note that color does not apply in the gang affiliation in Chattanooga. The well known gangs that are in Chattanooga are the Bloods who run the southside, the Crips who run East Lake and North of Willow and Dodds, the Vice Lords who are allies to the the Bloods, the Gangsters Disciples who are allies to the Crips, Pirus who are allies with the Bloods, and MS-13 which transnational criminal gang. Whereas gangs like the Bloods and the Crips are hybrid gang meaning that they are made up of small gangs that have banded together. Now the Gangsters Disciples seem to have a chain of command and defined leaders and are more havs covert styles of selling drugs making them more of a organized-crime gang rather than the average steet gang. The Gangsters Disciples seem to do more recruiting than other gangs in the city and are the biggest in the city but the bloods are not far behind them.
The crimes gang members commit. Drugs are the most common gang-related crime, followed by assaults. Specific gang activities in neighborhoods involve bullying, intimidation, drug sales, loitering, violence and fighting, robberies, break-ins, prostitution, shootings and graffiti. Local gangs often fight over girls or relationship issues, and these confrontations sometimes include members of the same gang
Peak times for gang crime. Fridays are the busiest for gang crime. Tuesdays are the slowest. Crime peaks at 11 p.m.
On the street and on the Internet. Gang members are tech savvy and use Facebook and other social media to brag about their exploits, glorify their illegal lifestyles and plan activities
Need a gun? No problem. Gang members reported that it's easy to get guns in Chattanooga. If you have the cash, you can get "whatever you want on the streets," including AK-47s and high-powered rifles. Many younger members who were interviewed said that 15- to 18-year-olds commonly carry guns for protection. Only about one-third of suspects brandished a gun in gang-related crimes reported to police.
How do you identify these gangs well
Bloods = red; also sets known to wear brown, orange, burnt orange to represent dried blood
Crip = Blue
Vice Lord = Black, red, green, gold
Gangster Disciples = black and blue
MS-13 = numerous tattoos on their bodies and faces, wear blue and white colors taken from the El Salvadoran flag.

Murder of Joshua Lee Walden
On Friday December 8th, 2000 around midnight Johnny Walden and his Wife Ann Walden reported there son Joshua Lee Walden missing. Josh was last seen wearing a red shirt and black jeans while riding a 20 inch Magnum bicycle which he had painted with a dull red paint. Before he went missing Josh was seen several places around the neighborhood riding on his bicycle but was last seen on the 4500 block of Fourteenth Avenue near him home. Friends, neighbors, and police search or two day but the search came up empty. On Sunday, December the 10th day Josh’s brother Jonathan Walden and some other boys were playing in a wooded area off the 3100 block of Sixteenth Avenue on the western slope of Missionary Ridge discovered the the body of young Walden about half a mile from his home.
riday December 8th, 2000 around midnight Johnny Walden and his Wife Ann Walden reported their son
The body was found laying in a depression in the ground and was covered in leaves. An inspection of the body found some superficial abrasions on Josh’s nose as well as on the right side of his face other then those abrasion there were no signs of trauma to the body nor where there any sign of a sexual assault. Also a chemical was found on and an under the body as well as on some nearby leaves. The one odd thing that was noticed about the body is that the shoes and socks were missing.
Tests later revealed that the chemical was an acid that is historically known as Muriatic acid. The acid is also known as Hydrochloric Acid or HCI. This is a strong inorganic acid which is made by dissolving hydrochloride in water. This acid used for things such as cleaning metal, concrete, pickling steel, the production of organic compounds, the production of inorganic compounds, the controlling and neutralization of ph, the Regeneration of ion exchangers, leather processing, building construction, and in household cleaning. When one is handling this acid they need protective gear such as rubber or PVC gloves, eye goggles, and chemical-resistant clothing and shoes.
It has been about twelve years now and this boys killer has yet to be brought to justice. The news media has made a number of reports in the years since the boy's murder. In one they report on how some years up till 2008 someone kept a small memorial at the place were the body was found. The latest news report was in August of 2010 where it was talking about a man by the name of Earl Teague who is now looking into the cold case murder. In the report it says Teague has looked over the police and autopsy reports, made and put up posters, and has talked to tipsters. Teague says that he started out with a list of 19 suspects and he now has it down to one person. That person is a known sex offender that was living in East Lake at the time on the murder. Mr. Teague’s case is centered around a house that once sat on the corner of 39th street and 14th Avenue that burned down just days before young Josh Walden was murdered. The people who lived in the house said that they had given their son's smokey clothing to a man in the neighborhood.
Someone out there knows what happened all those years ago. Someone has the answers to the mystery. Some people out that may have the missing pieces of this puzzle of who killed this small boy and I ask anyone with any info about this case no matter how small to please contact me at dark.ghost.0001@gmail
UPDATE:
Well I am now working on a list of people I would like to talk to about this cause.
Crystal Walden the boy's sister
Dallas Cecil Walden the boy's brother
Johnny Cecil Walden Jr the boys father
Now I am not sure where the brother and sister are but I do know that the father has moved to Flintstone GA.
I would also like to talk to the boy's friends, neighbors, his teacher and classmates. Now I do not have any of those names yet but I hope to and will if I just keep digging.
UPDATE:
UPDATE:
Thanks to an Email tip I have made contact with Joshua Lee Walden's sister. I hope that she will help me and not just turn me away due to me being an RLSH. I want to and will find this boy's killer and see that he goes behind bars cause there is not statue of limitations for murder.
Dark Ghost of Chattanooga TN
Greetings to those reading this I am Dark Ghost the Masked Detective. I am a member of the Real Life Super Hero Community on the Heroes Alliance and I am in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Now what I do is I patrol the street and parks of Chattanooga, I investigate the unsolved crimes of the city. The Chattanooga Police have many good cops but they are still outnumbered by the gangs, drug dealers, murderers, sexual predators, and muggers. Thieves who walk in to stores with guns to steal the money in the cash drawer and break into people's homes to just take what they want. I have watch the crime rate in the city slowly rise now I can no longer just stand by so I have put together a uniform, bought the gear that I needed and got a mask. Now I haunt Chattanooga's streets, alleys, and it's parks. I will see that these criminals are brought to justice, be a friend to the people of the city, and an ally to it's Police. I will watch over the city of Chattanooga from the darkness. I will do my work under the cover of the night. I will strike hard and fast then fade into the shadows. I want a Chattanooga where kids can play in the parks and their parent's do not have to fear someone will take their children. I want Chattanooga to be a place where families can feel safe in their homes again. I want a Chattanooga people can walk down the streets without fear. I am skilled in Martial arts, I have knowledge of first aid, and I have studied Criminal Justice. I do not use lethal weapons and I also carry a variety of tools.
